The current project is based in Brighton, comprising high-end townhouses built over a communal basement. You’ll be with a highly experienced Project Manager. The role requires confident leadership, clear communication, and a deep understanding of construction methodology and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities: Manage the job from start to finish Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants Monitor budgets, timelines, safety compliance, and quality standards Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues proactively Provide consistent reporting and updates to senior management Ideal Candidate: Min 5 years’ experience within a Site Management role within commercial construction Strong understanding of Australian building codes, OH&S, and contracts Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders Excellent planning, budgeting, and risk management skills Tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related discipline Why This Role?
