Residential Construction Supervisor – North Brisbane $125k – $145k Super Vehicle North Brisbane Immediate Start Available A well-established and growing residential builder is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join their team. Specialising in residential homes, this business has built a strong reputation for delivering quality builds through efficient systems and streamlined processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a Supervisor who enjoys being on site, managing builds end-to-end, and focusing on quality delivery with minimal client-facing distractions. The Role Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for: Supervising the construction of multiple residential homes across North Brisbane Delivering builds in line with plans, specifications, and company standards Managing and coordinating trades, suppliers, and site schedules daily Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Maintaining high standards of site safety, cleanliness, and compliance Monitoring quality control across all stages of construction Using construction management software to track and manage progress Attending regular construction and project meetings About You To be successful in this role, you will have: QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (minimum 12 months) White Card Trade or construction background Current driver’s licence Skills & Experience Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors across residential builds Strong ability to schedule and deliver projects within timeframes and budgets High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to manage multiple sites/tasks simultaneously Solid communication skills (written and verbal) Experience with construction management software (Onsite Companion highly regarded, not essential) What’s on Offer Competitive salary package super Company vehicle, phone, and laptop provided Strong pipeline of ongoing work Supportive and structured team environment Opportunity to work with a reputable and growing builder If you're a driven Site Supervisor looking for a stable role with a strong builder and consistent workflow, this could be the opportunity for you.
