Job Summary: HUB24 is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery of a complex integration program within our technology function. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, DevOps, architecture, and external partners to translate business needs into clear, testable technical requirements. This role has a strong focus on APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and secure data exchange within a regulated financial services environment. Responsibilities: Elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements for integration initiatives Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, particularly for APIs and cloud-based solutions Work with architects and engineers to ensure proposed solutions meet requirements Analyse API specifications, data models and integration flows Support definition of authentication, authorisation and data exchange requirements Ensure solutions meet security, performance and compliance expectations Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams operating in cloud environments Support non-functional requirements including scalability, resilience and observability Contribute to governance artefacts such as solution documentation, risk assessments and change records Engage with business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners Facilitate workshops and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on complex technology programs Strong understanding of API design, integration patterns and data flows Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure Experience within financial services, banking or wealth management environments Confidence working closely with engineers, DevOps and architects Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clear documentation Experience working in Agile delivery teams Experience using Jira to manage requirements and user stories (preferred) Experience with Apigee X will be viewed favourably The Recruitment Process Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.
