What is the Role? We are currently recruiting for production workers for our Kinrise Baking team at Hallam. We have permanent positions available for experienced workers in the following roles: Positions and Specific Role Requirements Mixer/Depositor Previous experience with mixing ingredients to recipe specifications. Line Operator Able to perform key tasks in operating machinery (set up, operate, fault find and shut down). Skills/Competencies Required You work well in a team, meet production targets, and support others through buddy training. You have strong communication, literacy, numeracy, and basic computer skills, plus a continuous learning mindset. You are detail-oriented, effective at problem solving, and complete compliance documents accurately. Shifts and Conditions Positions are available across afternoon and nightshift. Afternoon shifts available from 2:00pm-10.06pm Night shifts available from 10.00pm – 6.06am Shift loading and penalty rates apply Overtime available as required or in peak demand periods Positions are available for immediate start Please confirm you preferred shift (afternoon or night) in your application.
