This role sits within a complex transport environment , focused on integrating multiple systems and onboarding new customers. You’ll work alongside Business Analysts and technical teams to translate requirements into data mappings, schemas, and integration artefacts , supporting delivery through build, testing, and defect resolution. This is a hands-on integration role , not a stakeholder-heavy BA position. Key Responsibilities Translate business and functional requirements into technical integration artefacts Develop source-to-target mappings and define transformation logic Analyse and work with JSON/XML schemas and message structures Support API validation (REST/SOAP) , including request/response analysis Assist in defining end-to-end data flows across multiple systems Work closely with developers and vendors to support integration build and troubleshooting Contribute to SIT and UAT , including data validation and defect analysis Investigate and resolve integration and data-related defects Skills & Experience Experience as a Technical Analyst or integration-focused BA Strong experience with data mapping and transformation logic Hands-on exposure to system integrations and APIs Ability to work with JSON/XML and interface schemas Experience supporting integration testing (SIT/UAT) Comfortable working with technical teams (developers, architects, vendors) Desirable Experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain environments Exposure to middleware or integration platforms SQL or data querying capability
