Cook Recruitment Services are currently recruiting a Project Manager role for a well regarded commercial builder based close to Brisbane CBD. They specialise in the delivery of commercial, education, retail and hospitality projects up to $20m in value. This role is highly autonomous with added earnings potential via bonuses as well as a direct line of reporting to the company Director. Client Details Our client is a mid tier commercial builder who deliver projects in commercial, education, retail and hospitality sectors. The vast majority of their projects are priced via negotiation rather than the open tender market, and increasingly on an ECI basis. They are currently undergoing a period of expansion due to secured work ahead for 2026 and 2027 and as such they are looking to add a Project Manager to their team. Description Key responsibilities will include: Leadership of the site team (staff and sub-contractors) Fiscal management of projects Monthly cost reporting to the company Director Head contract and sub-contract management Profile Selection Selection criteria will include: Proven track record delivering building and construction projects up to $20m High level of computer literacy Experience with modern construction software systems e.g. Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, etc. Excellent interpersonal skills On offer: A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $190-200k super Highly autonomous role - manage projects the way you know best Stable team and financially strong employer On site parking
