Our client is an established investment manager that is seeking a Client Service Analyst to join their Melbourne-based Operations team. This position plays a key role in delivering a high-quality experience to institutional investors. About the Role Working within a collaborative and internationally connected team, you will support the end-to-end servicing of institutional clients. You’ll act as a central link between clients and internal teams, ensuring information flows accurately, issues are resolved efficiently, and reporting obligations are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating and delivering capital call and distribution communications. Support the preparation and distribution of investor, regulatory, management and audit reporting. Partner with internal teams across investment operations, finance, risk and technology to resolve client queries. Ensure accuracy and quality control across all reporting outputs. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, particularly around reporting processes and work-flow efficiency. Provide support across broader operational projects as required. About You Ideally have experience within financial services, funds management or asset management. Exposure to client service, investor relations or investment operations. Understanding of fund structures, capital activity and reporting cycles. Strong analytical capability and confidence working with large data sets. Ability to communicate financial and investment information clearly to a range of stakeholders. Proactive, organised and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
