About the Role As the Admin/Assistant Accounts Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our client's office runs smoothly. You’ll assist with general admin, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, social media and other ad hoc tasks. Key Responsibilities Process invoices and payments Reconcile bank and credit card statements Maintain accurate financial records Assist with payroll and employee expense claims Respond to customer and client queries Provide general administrative support to the team Assist with social media What We’re Looking For Previous experience in an admin/office/accounts role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks) Excellent communication and time management skills A team player with a proactive attitude Qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related field (or currently studying) desirable Full working rights in Australia Why Join Us?
