Part-Time Governance Administration Officer (Legal & Governance) We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Governance Administration Officer to support a busy Legal & Governance team within a well-established organisation. This is a part-time opportunity with an immediate start and strong potential for extension. About the role You will play a key role in supporting governance functions, including: Preparing and distributing communications and elected member bulletins Coordinating Council and Committee meeting documentation, including collation, binding and archiving Providing day-to-day administrative support across the Legal & Governance team Recording contracts and common seal documentation Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent processes and compliance About you Certificate IV or higher in Business, Public Sector Administration or similar Current Driver Licence Strong administrative experience, ideally within Legal, Governance, or corporate environments High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Confident using systems, databases, and Microsoft Office What’s on offer Flexible part-time hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (3 days per week), or 10:00am – 3:00pm (4 days per week) Initial contract up to 3 months with strong potential for extension Supportive and professional team environment If you are looking for a flexible role where you can contribute to a high-performing legal & governance team, we would love to hear from you.
