The Impact of the Role As the Program Manager, you will lead the delivery of family violence accommodation and support services across 3 Sydney sites, including crisis and transitional housing, outreach and case management programs. You will oversee both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of services, ensuring best-practice, trauma-informed support is delivered consistently and safely. With new sites in development, this role will also play a key part in shaping future service models and expanding impact across the region. Leading a team of practitioners and Team Leaders, you will drive service excellence, workforce capability and continuous improvement, ensuring strong outcomes for women and children experiencing family violence. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of trauma-informed, client-centred family violence services Oversee service operations, including intake, case management and on-call systems Ensure compliance with funding, contractual and regulatory requirements Manage program budgets, resources and operational infrastructure Monitor risk, safety planning and incident response across services Provide leadership, supervision and development to Team Leaders and staff Drive workforce planning, recruitment and a positive team culture Lead service development, evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to strategic planning and organisational growth Build and maintain strong partnerships across the sector and represent the organisation externally About You You are a values-driven and experienced leader within the family violence or community services sector, with a strong commitment to trauma-informed and person-centred practice.
