This role is ideal for hands‑on concreters who enjoy variety, teamwork, and working within structured systems. About the Role In this position, you will be delivering high‑quality concrete works across a range of tasks including formwork, steel fixing, concrete pours, finishing, and curing . You will also assist with slab preparation and earthworks to ensure projects stay on schedule. The role includes operating and maintaining plant and trucks , helping you broaden your skillset while contributing to efficient site operations. You will be responsible for completing pre-starts, routine inspections, and minor repairs , ensuring equipment is safe, reliable, and well maintained. All work is carried out within safety systems , with a strong focus on getting everyone home safely at the end of each shift.
