The Role As Centre Director, you will lead the service through its establishment phase while providing ongoing leadership across operations, team development, and educational quality. Your responsibilities will include: Service leadership Guide the service through the final stages of licensing and prepare the centre for a successful opening. Team leadership and development Recruit, mentor and support educators while building a strong professional culture based on collaboration, accountability and growth. Operational leadership Ensure the service meets all regulatory and compliance requirements while establishing effective operational systems and processes. Educational leadership Support educators in delivering consistent, high-quality educational practice aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework. Culture and community engagement Build strong relationships with families and establish a welcoming and professional service environment.
