About the Role We are seeking a passionate Casual Trainer & Assessor to deliver and assess: CHCPRT025 – Identify and Report Children & Young People at Risk This is a casual role , primarily delivering training on Saturdays at our Summer Hill Head Office , based on business needs. Courses are scheduled periodically (not every Saturday), depending on enrolments and demand. You will play a key role in supporting educators to understand their child protection responsibilities , ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and best practice in safeguarding children. This aligns with the sector’s strong focus on child safety, where all staff must be trained and aware of reporting obligations. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions for CHCPRT025 Assess student competency in line with RTO standards Support learners with real-world application of child protection practices Maintain accurate student records and compliance documentation Contribute to a strong child-safe culture within the organisation Essential Criteria Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116, TAE40122 or equivalent) Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education & Care or Community Services Demonstrated experience delivering CHCPRT025 Current Working with Children Check Strong communication and facilitation skills Availability to work casual Saturdays as required Why Join Us?
