To be successful, you will bring: • Strong real estate sales knowledge and credibility • Experience in training, coaching, learning and development or sales leadership • Excellent administrative and organisational skills • Confidence delivering workshops, coaching and presentations • The ability to balance strategy, coordination and hands-on delivery • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Current Real Estate Licence and Driver’s Licence • Cert IV in Training & Assessment will be highly regarded The Role This is a rare opportunity for someone who can bring together strong sales credibility with exceptional organisation and training capability. You will lead the academy function end-to-end while also delivering engaging sales training across the network. From onboarding programs and learning pathways through to workshops, coaching and office visits, you will play a key role in lifting performance and supporting development across the business. Key responsibilities include: • Lead and manage the academy function • Deliver sales training and development programs • Create learning pathways, onboarding and training frameworks • Manage training schedules, logistics, content and communication • Conduct office visits and support agents in the field • Track participation, performance and training outcomes • Work closely with leaders to identify capability gaps and opportunities • Continuously improve programs to align with business goals and brand standards About the Company Our client is a highly regarded real estate group with an established national presence and a strong reputation for excellence.
