The Assistant Director supports the Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor in the effective management and daily operations of the Centre. Working in collaboration with the Centre Director and Educational Leader, the Assistant Director provides leadership to educators, assists with curriculum oversight, and helps ensure compliance with all regulatory and organisational requirements. This role also involves stepping into the Centre Director position when required, supporting a positive team culture, and ensuring high quality outcomes for children, families and staff, and compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
