We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established industrial builder with a strong pipeline of work across Melbourne. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a $7m food processing facility, incorporating cold storage and chiller components. This is an excellent opportunity to join a builder known for quality delivery, repeat clients, and a supportive, down-to-earth culture. The Project: $7m food processing facility Cold storage areas and temperature-controlled environments Installation of chillers and specialised services Full build lifecycle from groundworks through to handover The Role As Site Manager, you will take full ownership of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: Managing all on-site activities and subcontractors Driving program and coordinating trades effectively Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Liaising with project managers, consultants, and clients Overseeing services coordination, particularly mechanical/cold storage elements About You Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or commercial builds Experience with food processing, cold storage, or services-heavy projects highly regarded Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage tight programs and multiple trades Solid understanding of WHS and site compliance What’s On Offer Opportunity to deliver a technically interesting project Work with a reputable builder with ongoing project pipeline Supportive team and strong company culture Salary $165k - $175k package If this appeals please apply via link below.
