About The Role This is a hands-on Contract Administrator position with a commercially sharp Tier 3 builder that's in genuine growth mode. You'll be working across a mix of Commercial, Industrial, and Residential projects up to $10M, based out of their Port Melbourne office. You'll have real ownership over your contracts — from letting and vetting subcontractor packages through to progress claims and cash flow forecasting — with the support of an experienced team around you. What you'll be doing: Letting, vetting, and managing subcontractor packages Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders Negotiating agreements and driving win-win outcomes Tracking project expenditure against budget Managing progress claims, cash flow, and forecasting across your projects About You You're a CA with solid commercial or industrial builder experience who's ready to step into a role where you'll be trusted to deliver. You'll bring: 2 years' experience as a CA with a commercial or industrial Main Contractor Confidence managing subcontractor packages and contract administration end-to-end Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships A proactive mindset — you take ownership and follow through Why This Role $100k–$135k package depending on experience Work on a variety of Commercial, Industrial, and Residential projects Port Melbourne base — well-connected location with a collaborative office culture A builder with a genuine pipeline and the trajectory to grow your career alongside the business Autonomy to run your contracts properly, with support when you need it The Builder This is a commercially focused Tier 3 builder with a strong foothold across Melbourne's commercial and industrial sector.
