Opportunity to move into a permanent role Healthy work/life balance Locations & Shifts Toongabbie: 6:30am - 2:30pm Horsley Park: 9:00am - 5:00pm Marsden Park: 9:00am - 5:00pm As an LF/LO Operator, you'll play a vital role in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly. Working in a large-scale, modern facility, you'll be responsible for handling and managing stock across multiple clients. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Picking and packing orders using RF scanners (including full pallet picks) Operating Counterbalance forklifts for loading/unloading trucks Using High Reach forklifts to replenish, rotate, and put away stock Operating Turret (LO) forklifts for bulk stock handling Working closely with receiving and dispatch teams to ensure workflow efficiency About You Holds valid LF & LO licences (essential - both required) Minimum 2-3 years' experience across Counterbalance, High Reach & Turret LO forklifts Strong work ethic with a proactive, can-do attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Flexible with working hours, including overtime when required Full working rights in Australia Momentum is innovative, results-driven & customer focused.
