About the Role: They are seeking a Marketing Partnerships Lead on an 8‑month fixed‑term contract to manage and maximise the value of a major national sports partnership across the most commercially critical phase of the season. This role is suited to a professional who is passionate about partnerships, enjoys hands‑on execution, and is comfortable delivering social content, live moments, and in‑person activations. While foundations are already in place, the core focus is on executing an elevated activation program across the latter stages of the season to drive brand and acquisition objectives. The role requires a degree of flexibility, including attendance at events and occasional out‑of‑hours or weekend work aligned to key partnership moments. Reporting to the Brand & Acquisition Manager, you will be accountable for day‑to‑day partnership delivery, agency coordination, and ensuring all contractual, compliance, and governance requirements are met. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of an established national sports partnership, including assets, deliverables, and contractual obligations; Execute a comprehensive activation program across key seasonal moments, including live and in‑person activations; Ensure partnership activity is effectively integrated across brand, media, social, and acquisition channels; Deliver partnership‑related social media activity, ensuring alignment with key moments and broader campaign objectives; Manage agency partners, providing clear briefs, approvals, and feedback to maintain delivery quality and pace; Maintain robust governance, reporting, and asset management; Manage approved budgets and support commercial discussions where required AND Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, and compliance. You are proactive, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
