The Company We are partnering with a well-established Australian manufacturing business with a strong footprint across ANZ. Renowned for delivering high-quality products and continuously investing in their operations, they are seeking a skilled Procurement Coordinator to join their team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. This opportunity has arisen to support the team through a period of leave, playing a key role in maintaining seamless end-to-end procurement operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Role Managing the full procurement lifecycle from sourcing through to purchase order and supplier management Leading supplier negotiations to drive cost savings and improved commercial outcomes Coordinating RFQs, pricing reviews, and contract negotiations Developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships and performance metrics Producing routine reports across spend, supplier performance, and inventory Analysing procurement data to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities Working extensively with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) for procurement, inventory, and reporting Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting, stock availability, and system integrity Your Background Proven experience in a Procurement Coordinator within a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong contract negotiation skills with a track record of delivering cost savings Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and influence decisions Experience producing routine reports and insights for stakeholders Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across suppliers and internal teams Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment What’s on Offer This is an initial 6-month contract with the potential for extension, offering the opportunity to play a key role within a high-performing procurement function.
