You will be on-site in the office each day ensuring quality improvement activities are directed toward continuous quality improvement. Your duties will include: Maintain effective and compliant Quality Management systems in accordance with all applicable local regulatory / International standards. Champion the quality assurance processes and strategy, driving quality improvement across the business Coordinate activities required for customer and product compliance including; internal auditing, preventative & corrective action systems, ensuring completion and maintenance of Quality records and documentation Maintain quality specifications and statistics and set inspection and testing standards Investigate, develop and implement action plans to reduce non-conformance frequency and impact Maintain key quality metrics and prepare monthly reports. Assist the Quality Manager in day-to-day operations. This is an onsite position. We are located in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches About you You have a positive attitude, enjoy learning and problem solving and, adapt to new systems and processes quickly. Other key criteria that will support your success in this role: Technically savvy, process driven Sound communication skills Qualification, or equivalent experience, in a science related field essential e.g. pharmacology, nutrition and dietetics or life sciences Exposure to a quality management system Must be motivated and organised with great attention to detail Exposure to working in a science related field
