One of our long-standing civil clients on the Northside of Brisbane is expanding and looking for a driven Civil Supervisor to lead the delivery of residential subdivision projects across SEQ. What you’ll be doing Overseeing day-to-day site operations across bulk earthworks, drainage, roads, and services Managing subcontractors, plant, and labour to ensure safe, productive sites Maintaining quality, scheduling, and reporting requirements Working closely with the Project Manager to keep projects on track Leading a positive, safety-first culture across the crew What we’re looking for At least 5 years supervision experience with a proven track record in subdivisions, roads, and bulk earthworks. Strong understanding of TMR/SEQ/local council standards Ability to lead teams, manage multiple moving parts, and solve problems on the fly A proactive, hands-on leader who takes ownership of site outcomes Relevant tickets and a construction white card.
