Process Technician / High-Speed Line Technician Kemps Creek $55/hr 30% Shift Loading Penalties (over $170K OT Super) 12 hours 3 On / 3 Off – Night Shift We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Process Technician / High-Speed Line Technician to join a leading bottling and liquid filling manufacturer based in Kemps Creek. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly automated, fast-paced production environment with strong earning potential and long-term stability. The Role: Working on a 3 on / 3 off night shift roster, you’ll be responsible for running, maintaining, and optimising high-speed liquid filling and packaging lines. You’ll play a key role in ensuring production efficiency, quality, and minimal downtime across the plant. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor high-speed liquid filling and packaging lines Troubleshoot faults and perform first-line maintenance on automated equipment Work closely with maintenance teams on breakdowns and continuous improvement initiatives Adjust and optimise PLC-controlled systems to maintain line efficiency Carry out changeovers, setups, and line adjustments Ensure all production meets quality, safety, and compliance standards About You: Proven experience running PLC-controlled liquid filling or bottling lines Background in high-speed FMCG, beverage, or liquid processing environments Strong fault-finding ability across automated production equipment Experience with packaging lines, conveyors, fillers, cappers, labellers, etc. Mechanically minded with a proactive, hands-on approach Comfortable working night shift on a 3 on / 3 off roster Mechanical Trade Cerificate III What’s on Offer: $55/hr shift loading & penalties (OTE $170K) Regular overtime available Long-term, stable opportunity with a growing manufacturer Highly automated, new & modern production facility Supportive team and strong safety culture If you’re an experienced high-speed line technician looking for a well-paid night shift role in a modern facility, apply now or reach out to Claudio Gratino on 0450395180 for a confidential discussion on .
