Job Title: Commercial Handyman Location: Sydney Metro Full-Time | Company Van Provided | Multi‑Site Commercial Maintenance We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Handyman to work across multiple commercial sites throughout Sydney. This is a full-time role with variety day‑to‑day, stable work, and a company van provided. Duties: • General building repairs and commercial maintenance • Basic carpentry, patching, minor painting • Door repairs, hinges, locks, adjustments • Non‑licensed plumbing and electrical tasks • Replacing fixtures and fittings • Preventative maintenance checks • Reporting issues and completing job logs • Liaising with site managers and tenants when required About You • Ideally trade‑qualified (carpentry, joinery, building maintenance or similar) • Experience in commercial maintenance or facilities • Able to work independently across multiple sites • Strong problem‑solving skills and good communication • Full driver’s licence (company van supplied) What’s On Offer • $80,000 - $100,000 • Company van, tools and fuel provided • Stable work with a supportive FM team • Varied sites — no two days the same • Overtime opportunities depending on workload How to Apply If you have solid maintenance experience and enjoy working across different locations, apply now or get in touch for more information.
