Provide clinical leadership and oversight across Speech Pathology services Manage a caseload tailored to your preference (paediatric, adult, or across the lifespan) Deliver comprehensive assessments and evidence-based interventions (speech, language, social communication, swallowing, AAC as relevant) Provide supervision, mentoring and support to junior Speech Pathologists Support the recruitment, onboarding and development of the Speech Pathology team Collaborate with families, carers, educators and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes Drive service development, innovation and clinical excellence across the organisation Contribute to a positive, values-driven and clinician-led culture Essential Criteria Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology Current SPA membership Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Speech Pathologist Experience working within the disability sector Demonstrated experience mentoring or supervising clinicians Strong commitment to person-centred, evidence-based practice Strong understanding of NDIS Framework Current WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check & National Police Check Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle Apply Today Shortlisting and interviewing will commence immediately.
