Front-of-house Administrator Roster: Full-Time, Monday to Friday Location: Port Hedland (residential only, NO FIFO) Duties & responsibilities Assisting in front-of-house enquiries, phone enquiries and customer service Assisting with management of shared email mailboxes. Ordering of PPE and office supplies Raising Purchase Orders Booking of medicals, training and vehicles/equipment Mail check, photocopying/scanning resume, license & tickets Maintain internal and external systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records Stationery ordering and office equipment/supplies Helping to support with internal and external events Taking direction and prioritising work Helping to support the Mobilisation, Recruitment and Operations team in all things administration Any ad hoc duties as required Skills & experience Must be a resident of Port Hedland (not FIFO) Current National Police Clearance (within 6 months) (or willing to obtain) Previous experience in a similar role Strong Administration skills Meticulous attention to detail Professional communication and written skills Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Proactive with strong initiative, and a can-do attitude Willing to help and support in all aspects of the business Positive attitude with a “no job is too big or small” mindset Highly motivated and an effective team player Benefits Weekly pay cycle and a living allowance Monthly gym allowance and wellness arrangement (after probationary period).
