It’s a well-run branch with a loyal customer base and consistent trade coming through the door. The Opportunity: This is an internal sales role in a busy electrical wholesale branch. You’ll handle customers across the counter and via phone and email, process orders and keep things moving day to day. Ideally, you’ll have electrical wholesale experience, though we’ll also consider someone from a trade supply or trade retail background with the right attitude. You’ll learn the customers, products and how the branch runs, building towards external sales or key account management over time. What you’ll do: Customer Enquiries: Assist electrical contractors with product enquiries, pricing and order processing Sales Support: Prepare quotes, process orders and follow-up to help convert opportunities into sales Branch Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse, drivers and wider team to ensure smooth order fulfilment Customer Relationships: Build strong working relationships with regular trade customers About You: Experience: Electrical wholesale experience is ideal, though trade supply or retail experience with the right attitude will also be considered Self-motivated: You manage your time well and get on with things without needing constant direction Proactive: You show initiative, think ahead and can problem solve when things don’t go to plan Customer-focused: You’re comfortable dealing with customers and building strong relationships Detail-oriented: Keeps orders and information accurate in a fast-paced setting Licences: Driver's licence is essential (P's are fine) Work Rights: Australian / New Zealand citizen or permanent resident Why Join Us?
