Boilermakers / Sheetmetal Workers $56/hr & Penalties Banyo, QLD (Workshop & Site-Based) Full Time | Temp - Perm About the Role Spectra Recruitment is seeking experienced Sheetmetal Workers, Boilermakers and Fitters to join a growing team based in Banyo . This role involves a mix of workshop-based fabrication and on-site installation , with occasional shutdowns, supporting both project work and ongoing maintenance in fast-paced, safety-critical environments. Key Responsibilities TIG weld and polish stainless to food-grade standards Fabricate and install sheet metal and plant components Maintain and repair conveyors and processing equipment Install and modify pipework, guards, and structures Support shutdowns , breakdowns, and upgrades Fault find and carry out mechanical repairs Follow food safety, QA and WH&S standards About You Trade qualified Sheetmetal Worker, Boilermaker, or Fitter Experience in fabrication, installation, or fitting Confident in TIG welding and light structural work Experience with equipment or site installations (advantageous) Able to work independently and in a team Strong focus on safety, quality, and detail Confined Space, WAH, EWP, Forklift are advantageous Benefits $56/hr penalties Temp - Perm opportunity Overtime and shutdown work available How to Apply Click Apply Now to submit your application or send your resume to hannah@spectrarecruitment.com.au or call 0488 851 358
