The Opportunity As our Demand Planning Leader, you will: Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing planning team. Drive forecasting excellence and best‑practice processes. Play a key role in S&OP, providing insight that shapes production, inventory and commercial decisions. Strengthen demand and inventory master data accuracy. Partner with Sales, Operations and Customer Service to understand demand drivers and resolve variances. Leverage analytics and metrics to drive continuous improvement. About You You’re a confident, forward-thinking planning professional with experience leading demand planning or forecasting functions within manufacturing or another sophisticated environment. You bring: 5-7 years in Demand Planning, Forecasting or S&OP within complex or manufacturing environments. Proven team leadership and development experience. Strong analytical capability and forecasting tool exposure (AI/advanced modelling a bonus). Advanced Excel and familiarity with supply chain systems.
