You will play a key role in shaping, delivering, and continuously improving products that create value for our customers and the business. Acting as the voice of the customer and the team, you will ensure delivery is data‑driven, future‑focused, and aligned to established technology and design frameworks. You will be a dedicated member of a squad or squad grouping and will contribute from your own expertise perspective. Top Role Accountabilities: The voice of the team to the outside world. Ensure that all (communication ) resources are present so that the team can perform to the maximum Focuses on fact driven decision making and what data is needed to be able to do so Makes sure the voice of the customer is heard and is key from initiation phase to the development phase and beyond Future proof development of sustainable solutions Prioritise the work that Chapter capabilities are needed for and provide feedback to Squad members Challenges entire team to think beyond today from incremental improvements to disruption of markets Respects the frame in which to operate to make sure no wheel is re-invented but dictates usage of technical and design building blocks Drives for success, focuses on getting the quality in the shortest amount of time possible To be successful you will have: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within agile, cross‑functional delivery teams Strong customer‑centric mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into clear product priorities Demonstrated capability in data‑driven decision making, including defining metrics and using insights to guide delivery Confidence to challenge teams and stakeholders constructively, encouraging innovation while operating within agreed frameworks Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse perspectives A delivery‑focused mindset, balancing quality, speed, and sustainability to achieve outcomes What we 're proud to offer you: Rabo@Anywhere is our hybrid way of working at Rabobank & for Australia, that means we have a blend of time working between the office & home Wellbeing leave .
