You will work closely with Health Centre Managers to ensure the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of primary health care services, while supporting staff development and continuous improvement across the service. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and support to Health Centre Managers and clinical teams Oversee clinic operations, staffing models, and service delivery Drive Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives Ensure compliance with RACGP standards and best-practice frameworks Support recruitment, workforce planning, and staff development Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders Identify service gaps and implement improvement strategies Support clinical governance and operational planning About the Location The Katherine region is renowned for its spectacular gorges, waterfalls, and national parks.
