About the role: You will support our Swim School Coordinator in the day-to-day delivery of swimming classes at the Y Learning and Swim venue, including providing support to the wider team. Your role will involve a combination of swimming instruction for infants through school-age children and administrative support. You will have a passion for swimming and a commitment to the progression of students. You should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun, with a flair for working with children. You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensure swim school members, patrons, and parents are gaining maximum benefit and enjoyment from the services provided. As the successful applicant, you will need to demonstrate your ability to communicate and interact effectively with students from diverse age groups, abilities, cultures, and needs. The role is a permanent part-time position, offering 20 hours per week. We offer a competitive hourly rate, starting at $32.34 per hour.
