What You’ll Be Doing As a Product Coordinator in our Energy team, you’ll support the delivery of compliant, high-quality customer experiences across our energy comparison journey. Working closely with the Product Manager, Product Analyst and wider delivery team in an agile environment, you’ll help ensure product changes meet regulatory requirements while remaining clear, accurate and customer-focused. You’ll also play an important role in supporting customers and operational partners, capturing feedback and contributing to continuous improvement across the energy experience. Key responsibilities include: • Performing daily system checks and monitoring dashboards to identify issues • Assisting with business user testing and maintaining test artefacts • Responding to customer energy enquiries with clear, unbiased information Supporting product and pricing updates, testing changes across environments • Supporting compliance requirements and maintaining process documentation • Collaborating across product, delivery and operational teams What’s In It For You At Compare the Market and iSelect, we’re all about helping people make smart choices – and joining us might just be yours.
