Fetch Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Factory Cabinet Makers with a strong background in commercial joinery to join a busy and well-established workshop based in Melbourne’s South East. About the Role: Working in a fast-paced factory environment, you will be involved in the production of high-quality commercial joinery and cabinetry , ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines. Key Responsibilities Assembly of commercial cabinetry and joinery Working from detailed plans and shop drawings Operating machinery including panel saws, edge banders, and CNC (desirable) Cutting, edging, and preparing materials General factory duties and maintaining a clean work space Working both independently and as part of a team Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker (factory-based) Strong background in commercial joinery Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings Experience using hand and power tools Experience with factory machinery (panel saw, edge bander, CNC highly regarded) Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Requirements Own basic tools Own reliable transport Full working rights in Australia What’s on Offer Ongoing work with full-time potential Competitive hourly rates overtime Supportive team and well-run workshop Immediate start available If this sounds like the perfect job for you please APPLY or send a resume to ben.gavin@fetchrecruit.com.au SCR-ben-gavin
