About the Opportunity We are partnering with a global organisation to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator located near Parramatta. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customer service operations, including administrative processes and master data maintenance, while ensuring a strong customer experience. You will be responsible for logging, managing, and progressing service requests and enquiries, as well as coordinating service activities for equipment. Working across Service, Administration, customers, and external vendors, you will help ensure smooth and efficient delivery of service operations. Key Responsibilities Log, manage, and monitor incoming customer service requests through to completion Coordinate engineer schedules for on-site installations and equipment repairs Maintain precise and accurate service job documentation Respond to customer queries relating to parts, delivery timelines, billing, and returns Support spare parts stock control and inventory processes Assist with monthly warranty administration in conjunction with the Service team Coordinate monthly stocktakes and provide reporting insights to management Prepare operational and service reports as required Facilitate accurate movement of internal stock between locations Complete mandatory training modules within required deadlines Skills and Experience Strong coordination and administrative capability Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Previous experience in customer service or service coordination desirable How to Apply: Submit your resume and cover letter outlining your experience and suitability for the role.
