You’re Building a Brand People Feel LME Care isn’t your typical NDIS provider - and we’re not looking for a typical marketer. This role is for a creative thinker and doer, someone who understands that great marketing isn’t just seen, it’s felt. You’re someone who sees gaps in a brand and instinctively knows how to elevate it. THE ROLE You will lead the full marketing function at LME Care - from creative direction through to execution. This is a hands-on role where strategy meets content. You’ll be responsible for bringing ideas to life across photography, videography, campaigns, and brand storytelling - executed seamlessly across all social media platforms, events, and PR, while also driving internal marketing and ongoing brand development across the organisation. You will also manage and guide a small marketing team to ensure consistency, quality, and momentum across all channels. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Lead and execute the overall marketing strategy across digital, events, PR, and internal channels Conceptualise and bring creative campaigns to life from idea through to execution Direct and create content (photography, videography, social, digital) that captures real moments and stories Ensure a cohesive brand presence across all touchpoints - social media, events, PR, and internal communications Drive internal marketing initiatives to strengthen team alignment, culture, and brand understanding Continuously evolve and develop the LME Care brand as we grow Manage, mentor, and guide a small marketing and content team Work closely with operations to translate what we do into meaningful, engaging marketing WHO THIS IS FOR This role suits someone who: Thinks creatively and sees marketing as more than just posting content Is both strategic and hands-on in execution Understands how to build a brand across multiple touchpoints, not just social media Can create emotional connection through storytelling and content Takes ownership and can confidently lead the marketing function Is comfortable working across both external marketing and internal brand development Thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment BONUS IF YOU Have experience in service-based or NDIS-related industries Are confident in photography, videography, or directing shoots Have experience across events, PR, and brand activations Have led internal marketing, culture, or brand alignment initiatives Know how to turn everyday moments into powerful, story-driven marketing Have built or scaled a brand beyond traditional marketing approaches WHY LME CARE At LME Care, we’re building more than a service, we’re building a brand and community.
