You’ll be responsible for bringing marketing activity to life across proposals, campaigns, events, and internal communications, working closely with different teams across the business. Key Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end marketing initiatives across digital, events, and communications Create proposals, presentations, and branded content Coordinate and run client events and internal initiatives Manage email campaigns, newsletters, and social media content Maintain website and internal platforms (SharePoint/intranet) Work closely with HR on employer branding and recruitment campaigns Identify opportunities to improve systems, tools, and processes Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to execute ideas What We’re Looking For 2 - 5 years’ experience in a marketing role within an accounting firm, financial services, or professional services environment Understanding of how to market professional services, including client communication and thought leadership Strong writing skills, with the ability to create relevant content for clients (e.g. industry updates, regulatory changes) Confident working with senior stakeholders and contributing ideas Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe, Mailchimp, and Microsoft Suite Exposure to platforms like SharePoint or CRM systems is advantageous How to Apply Click APPLY or email your resume to Lewis@brookrecruitment.com.au.
