The Successful Applicant Strong experience designing and delivering complex iOS features independently using Swift and modern iOS frameworks. Proven background working on large-scale, high-traffic retail or customer-facing mobile platforms with strong performance and reliability requirements. Solid Agile Scrum experience, including estimation, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivering high-quality features within agreed timelines. Ability to influence engineering standards, improve code quality, reduce technical debt, and support incident resolution without formal authority. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across product, backend, and engineering teams, ideally within cloud and CI/CD-enabled environments.
