We are looking to appoint a highly skilled communicator to build rapport with prospects and complement our experienced and goal driven property investment team. This position can be based on the Gold Coast, Brisbane, or Melbourne. Reporting to the Group Manager, your responsibilities will include: Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to warm leads, ensuring an exceptional customer experience Scheduling: Qualify leads and book with Property Investment Advisors, accurately logging appointments in the CRM system Pipeline Management: Track, manage, and follow up on leads, including reschedules, and cancellations KPI Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including call volume and booked appointments; and Team Work: Work & collaborate closely with the sales manager to refine messaging, improve processes, and achieve shared department goals.
