About Them This is a leading heavy manufacturing and logistics business with a strong operational footprint and a focus on performance, efficiency and continuous improvement. About the Role This senior-level People & Culture Business Partner position plays a critical role in enabling workforce effectiveness and supporting leaders. You will partner with experienced People & Culture and Operational Leaders to deliver practical people solutions, provide coaching across the employee lifecycle, and lead key P&C cycles including performance, workforce planning, remuneration etc. across your designated portfolio (approx. 400). The role will also manage complex ER matters, support Enterprise Agreement negotiations and consultation processes, and contribute to workforce reporting and insights. About You You are an experienced and commercially minded People & Culture professional with a strong track record in a senior Business Partner role, who holds a degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. You bring 6–8 years’ of senior generalist HR experience within a similar operational environment, with deep expertise in Employment Relations and Industrial Relations, including hands-on experience managing complex people matters and supporting Enterprise Agreement negotiations. You’re a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, sound judgement and the ability to prioritise effectively while working both independently and in a fast-paced environment. You must come from a blue collar/heavy industry industrialised environment. On Offer Located on the north side of the river 1 day WFH. Paying $160K plus super.
