You will collaborate closely & regularly with the key influencers within BMSA to ensure our business complies with all mandated & legislated requirements including BMSA as well as customer specific standards & protocols. Protect the health (physical or psychological) & safety of workers & other people within the workplace by eliminating or minimizing risks Ensure all workplace equipment, systems, guidelines, practices & procedures comply with the relevant HSEQ legislation, standards & protocols Conduct regular & effective communication with all stakeholders Assist in & conduct HSEQ investigations through analysis, evidence & interpretation of data to determine appropriate corrective actions Collaborate closely with the National HSEQ Team Encourage a ‘continuous improvement’ mindset amongst all stakeholders Identify knowledge & skill gaps to rectify with appropriate training About You - Essential Excellent verbal & written communication (preferably in procedure writing) Solid computing skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office suite Strong relationship building with internal & external stakeholders Well-developed organisational & time management skills Knowledge of current HSEQ statutory requirements Strong commitment to safety of yourself & others A valid driver’s licence Current work rights in Australia About You – Preferred Experience working in a similar HSEQ role Relevant Tertiary Qualifications Knowledge or exposure to Off the Road (OTR) Tyres, mining or related industries Join a global leader & access product discounts, career progression & training.
