What the role looks like You'll speak with customers who are actively looking to compare or switch their health insurance. Your conversations are needs-based - you ask smart questions, listen properly, explain the options clearly, and help them reach a decision they feel good about. No pressure tactics. No scripts to robotically read from. Just good consultative selling. Who tends to succeed here We're looking for experienced phone-based salespeople. Health insurance knowledge is a bonus — not a requirement.
