With more than $10 million invested into a state-of-the-art granule manufacturing facility in Queensland, the business produces carbon-based, soil-regenerating fertiliser granules manufactured in-house from recycled organic inputs. Positioned at the forefront of nitrogen efficiency, soil health and regenerative nutrient delivery, the organisation combines large-scale manufacturing capability with a disciplined commercial model. Territories are structured as defined growth regions, supported by Certified Partner distributors and Corporate Direct customers, with the scale to exceed $10 million in annual revenue per region. The culture is high-performance, structured and science-led. Territory leaders are expected to operate with ownership, commercial discipline and a long-term view of soil and customer outcomes. The Role The Territory Director is responsible for developing and executing the regional growth strategy across the Central Highlands. Operating your territory as a defined profit centre, you will drive volume, margin and long-term market penetration through distributor activation, agronomist education and direct grower engagement. Key responsibilities: Build and execute a regional business plan aligned to growth targets Activate and manage Certified Partner distributors Develop and convert Corporate Direct customer opportunities Deliver agronomic education and product positioning programs Establish and interpret on-farm trials and demonstrations Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management via CRM Collaborate closely with sales support and operations to ensure service excellence About You You are commercially sharp, technically credible and comfortable owning a number. You understand fertiliser, plant nutrition and broadacre systems, and can confidently translate soil science into practical, profitable programs for growers. Key criteria: Strong fertiliser and plant nutrition knowledge Proven sales or territory growth experience Ability to influence agronomists, distributors and senior decision-makers Experience working autonomously across regional territories Strong commercial acumen and forecasting discipline Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively Degree in Agricultural Science or related discipline (preferred) The Benefits: This is a rare opportunity to build a genuine regional profit centre within a well-capitalised, growth-focused agribusiness.
