About the Role Due to continued growth of the business, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Material & Logistics Leading Hand to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient coordination of materials, equipment, and transport to support project delivery. This role involves supervising warehouse personnel, managing inventory processes, and working closely with internal stakeholders to meet operational deadlines. This position offers long-term stability, with opportunities for potential overtime during peak periods, and pathways for career progression into operations, logistics management, or site-based leadership roles.
