We're looking for a Project Manager to join our PMO and play a key role in delivering projects that improve how we operate across the business. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of a diverse range of business and operational projects, working across teams like IT, Commercial and Operations. What you'll be doing Lead and deliver projects from initiation through to completion Manage scope, timelines, budgets and risks to keep projects on track Work closely with stakeholders across the business to align on outcomes Drive clear communication and reporting at all levels Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams to deliver results Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working Contribute to strengthening project management practices across the business About You You're a confident and organised Project Manager who thrives on bringing structure to complexity and delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will bring; Experience delivering end-to-end projects across business and or IT environments Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence outcomes Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and keep people aligned Experience working with Agile and or traditional project methodologies Familiarity with tools like Jira, DevOps, Confluence or MS Project Why Kennards Hire?
