Service Controller Crestmead, QLD Join a family-owned business that genuinely backs its people Coordinate servicing and repairs to keep equipment ready Full-time 40 hrs/week, no weekends, onsite parking & great benefits About the role As a Service Controller, you'll keep our Distribution Centre workshop running efficiently by coordinating servicing, repairs, and equipment flow. You will: Create and manage service jobs for repairs and preventative maintenance Schedule and coordinate equipment servicing to minimise downtime Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and cost allocations Order parts and ensure essential workshop supplies are always available Monitor and update service requirements using internal systems (e.g. Baseplan) Support the smooth movement of equipment through the workshop Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to keep operations on track Assist with site-based servicing and repairs when required Support safe work practices and ensure compliance with safety standards About You You're someone who enjoys supporting a team and takes ownership of getting things done properly. You'll bring: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities Confidence using systems and computers for job tracking, records, and communication A high level of attention to detail when managing service records and costs The ability to work independently while staying connected to the wider team Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving A safety-first mindset and willingness to speak up when something's not right Experience in workshop administration, service coordination, or a similar operational role will set you up well-but attitude and reliability matter just as much.
