Job Description As a Phone Sales Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting branch sales through phone-based customer service and order processing. You’ll work closely with the wider branch team, assisting customers with parts enquiries while also supporting general store person duties as required. This role suits someone with a background in parts, automotive, mechanical or electrical products — or someone keen to build experience in the industry.
