Maintenance Fitter - $50 per hour Overtime | FMCG Manufacturing | Ongoing Opportunity About the Role We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a well-established FMCG manufacturing business. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, offering consistent overtime, strong earning potential, and long-term stability. You will be responsible for maintaining high-speed production equipment while supporting a safety-first and quality-driven operation. Key Responsibilities Preventative and reactive maintenance across production lines Fault finding and breakdown response on mechanical equipment Working on high-speed machinery and automated systems Equipment upgrades, installs, and continuous improvement tasks Completing maintenance reporting and documentation Working closely with production to minimise downtime Maintaining strong WHS standards at all times What We're Looking For Australian recognised Mechanical Trade qualification Proven experience in FMCG, food, pharmaceutical, or packaging environments highly regarded Strong fault finding ability within a production setting Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong commitment to safety and team culture Must have full Australian working rights What's on Offer $50 per hour Super Consistent overtime including up to 2 hours daily on offer Regular Saturday work available Strong earning potential with stable hours Long-term opportunity within a well-established business Clean, organised, and safety-focused facility How to Apply If you meet the above criteria and are looking for a long-term opportunity, apply now.
