Position: Cook Position Type : Full-Time Salary: $77,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation per annum Location: Bondi Beach NSW 2026 Our client is seeking a passionate Cook to join their team located in Bondi Beach, New South Wales. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch and dinner catering menu items to a consistently high standard Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines Ensure all food is prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients Maintain smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods Work collaboratively with chefs, kitchen staff, and front-of-house team Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards Assist with prep, mise en place, and stock rotation Contribute to menu execution and daily specials where required Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen areas. Requirements: Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Cook in a café, brunch venue, or casual dining environment Strong understanding of breakfast, lunch and catering service operations Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume kitchen Good knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques Passion for fresh, seasonal, and high-quality food Strong teamwork and communication skills Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
