We are stronger together. We deliver with excellence. What You'll Do: Reporting to the Branch Manager you will focus on developing strong customer relationships. Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers, primary producers and trade customers and the focus of your role is to provide a memorable experience for all customers either in store or over the telephone whilst: Performing branch administrative tasks including accounts payable, expenses, banking, stock control, ordering, receipting Maintaining our finance accounts and identifying opportunities Support customers with product and service enquiries Processing counter sales and assisting our broader sales team Maintaining safety processes within the branch Supporting occasional farm deliveries and on‑farm customer visits What You'll Bring: To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment and have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture.
